We are pleased to support the establishment of a new business in Poland for an international company with Spanish roots. You will be the key leader in our sales team, responsible for driving the growth and success of our company in the Polish market. We are looking for someone with experience in SaaS sales, software or marketing services, as well as exceptional skills in team management and interdepartmental coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING


  • Build the sales in organization in the appropriate region within the next years.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate closely with the after-sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyse data and metrics to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Implement and lead the organization, utilizing best practices related to processes, people, role models, tools, and tasks.

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT


  • Experience: 3-4years of proven experience in SaaS sales, software, marketing services, or similar industry.
  • Experience in sales team management and coordination with post-sales, quality, customer retention and loyalty as well as other departments involved.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Fluent Polish and Spanish is a must and English nice to have.
  • Educational Background: A degree in business administration or a related field, with a preference for a master’s degree.
  • Availability to do the initial onboarding in the company’s Head Quarters for approximately 2 weeks in Spain and 3 weeks in Poland with CEO.
